No.35547 of 2025, dated 07.01.2026, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks. 2. Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioners have complied with the said condition and that the respondent has no serious objection to the relaxation of the same. 3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P. No.35547 of 2025, dated 07.01.2026, is relaxed.
