It is submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted and TCR is also available. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court and apply for bail. 4. Accordingly the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with the observation that in the event of any bail application being preferred by the petitioner before the learned Trial Court the same shall be considered and disposed of as per law. 5.
