Judicial Case 916 / 2018 by allowing 2,000/- per month maintenance and thereby the application for recovery of 40 months arrears of maintenance as 80,000/- registered as M.J.C 1149 / 2022, registered as 21.11.2022 may kindly be quashed in the light of first proviso of Section 125(3) of Criminal Procedure Code and also as per Section 125(4) of Criminal Procedure Code as the wife refuses to live with her husband non-application without any reasonable cause, disentitled to received the maintenance amount, in the interest of justice.” 4.
