The petitioners have filed this petition questioning the order passed by the Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. On 22.07.2022, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted interim order directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- before the respondent - Bank within two weeks. When the matter came up before this Court on 08.08.2022, I.A.No.2/2022 is disposed of granting further four weeks. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent - Bank that such order is complied with by the petitioner but the outstanding amount is Rs.20,00,000/-. The learned counsel for the respondent - Bank submits that thereafter, no amount is paid. On 04.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and this Court - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13516 WP No. 14155 of 2022 directed the matter to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. 3. Today when the matter came up there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter. 4.
