The allegation against the petitioner is that 116 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of the accused. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that although the case has been registered under Section 21(C)/29 NDPS Act, the seized quantity comes within the category of intermediated quantity and hence Section 21(C) would not be attracted. 5. It is further submitted that there has not been sufficient compliance with Section 47/48 BNSS. 6. A perusal of the aforesaid notices clearly indicates that no grounds of arrest have been communicated to the accused or his relatives.
