On 22-09-2026, following order was passed. “The application is filed for correction of order dated 11/9/2026. The contents of the application, however, indicate that a typographical error has occurred while typing the order, when, in fact, the order was typed based on the information supplied by the Counsel appearing for respondent no.1. 2] In the circumstances, let respondent no.1 file reply so as to make necessary corrections in the order under question. 3] List on 9/10/2026.” As could be seen, the application for correction of order has been filed by respondent no. 2. The error, which is sought to be corrected, occurred on account of information supplied by counsel appearing Order caw 2408.2026.odt 2 for respondent no. 1. In response to above order, respondent no. 1 has filed reply. The mistake is that the registration number of civil appeal and the name of parties in the judgment of the Supreme Court referred to in order dated 11-09-2026 were wrongly submitted by respondent no. 1. The correct number of the civil appeal and name of parties be accordingly incorporated in terms of the reply filed by respondent no. 1. Necessary corrections in the order dated 11-9-2026 be made accordingly and corrected order be uploaded. The application is disposed of. Writ Petition No. 5299 of 2025 List after two weeks.
