The petitioner is an accused in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No. 143/2025. 3. The husband of the informant was alleged to have been assaulted by the accused persons resulting in his death. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the daughter of the deceased. 5. It has been submitted that the son of the petitioner had married the daughter of the informant and this led to enmity between both the sides which consequently led to the false implication of the petitioner. 6. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
