Serial No.02 Daily List 2026:MLHC:273-DB ORDER: (per the Hon’ble, the Chief Justice) (Oral By the aforesaid miscellaneous application, the applicants-Union of India seeks extension of time for complying with the order dated 9th December, 2025 passed by this Court. Accordingly, condonation of delay of 43 days is also sought in filing the said application. 2. Dr. Mozika, learned DSGI states that pursuant to the order dated 9th December, 2025, the applicants were directed to deposit 50 per cent of the awarded amount as modified by the Commercial Court within four weeks from the date of the order i.e. from 9th December, 2025. He states that due to some difficulty, the said order could not be complied with i.e., the said amount could not be deposited within four weeks as directed. He states that the said amount as directed was deposited on 17th February, 2026 with the Registrar General. Learned counsel therefore prays that the delay in depositing the amount be condoned and accordingly time be extended. Since the amount is deposited with the Registrar General, the application is 2026:MLHC:273-DB allowed and the delay is condoned and the time granted to the applicants stands extended upto 17th February, 2026. 3.
