The petitioner/complainant has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to investigate the complaint and lodge/register the FIR against the respondents nos. 4 to 10. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner invites our attention to the complaint dated 19/11/2025 submitted by the petitioner to the respondent no. 2/Superintendent of Police Akola. It is almost more than 10 months since the aforesaid complaint was submitted to the respondent no. 2. However, the respondent no. 2 has done nothing in the matter and hence, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4.
