With the consent of both the parties, the present appeal is disposed of in the following terms:- (i) The order dated 17.03.2025 passed by this Court is made absolute till the disposal of the temporary injunction application by the learned Trial Court. (ii) Learned Trial Court is directed to decide the temporary injunction application within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (iii) Learned Trial Court shall decide the temporary injunction application without being influenced by the order dated 17.03.2025 passed by this Court. 2.
