Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kamrup(M) in connection with the aforesaid case. 5.
