Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The instant petition has been filed alleging violation of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 7617 of 2025, dated 26.05.2026 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed on record copy of communication dated 16.07.2026, which shows that Additional Superintending Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Nadaun, has directed the Senior Accounts Officer (Banking), F&A Wing, HPSEBL, Shimla, for the release of payment in respect to earned leave encashment and death-cum-retirement gratuity total amounting to Rs.11,02,050/-. Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition can be disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner that in case any of the grievances still remains unaddressed, in that event, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate application for the revival of the present proceedings. 4.
