“255. In view of the above, the Committee examined the application against the criteria and mandatory requirements set out in Clause 7.3 of the Scheme and observed that, in the absence of a budgetary allocation, the application could not be considered eligible for registration.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and, accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of. Notice discharged.
