The Court made the following ORDER This petition is filed seeking to extent the period of appearance of the petitioner for a further period of two weeks before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile Court), Ananthapuram. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted pre-arrest bail to the petitioner by order dated 15.06.2026 in Crl.P.No.2621 of 2026 and directed to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of order -t' and furnish a personal bond of Rs.25000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. However, due to delay in receiving the order copy, the petitioner could not attend before the Court within the time stipulated and there is one day delay, due to which, the learned concerned Court is not accepting the sureties. Therefore, prays to extent further time. Considering the submissions made, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order and furnish a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. The other conditions imposed in order dated 15.06.2026 In Crl.P.No.2621 of 2026 shall remain unaltered and continue to be in force. 7 Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is allowed.
