NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs: “WP No.33349/2024: Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction, as the case may be, to consider the joint representation dated 07.05.2024 at Annexure-G, to approve the appointment of the petitioners for Grant-in-Aid to the respondent No.6 – Institution. WP No.32800/2024: Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction, as the case may be, to consider the endorsement No.A5/Aa.Nu.Sahitha.Bo.Hi.Aa/59-2023-24 dated 22.12.2023 at Annexure-F of the respondent No.5 - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10640 WP No. 33349 of 2024 C/W WP No. 32800 of 2024 and direct the respondent authorities to approve the appointment of the respondent Nos. 6 to 8 for Grant-in-Aid to the petitioner – Institution by considering the representation/proposal dated 21.11.2023 in Annexure-E.” . 2. The brief facts of the case are that Ramakrishna High School, Puttur, issued a paper publication inviting applications for the posts of English, Arts and Mathematics Teachers. Pursuant to the said publication, the petitioners in W.P. No.33349/2024 applied for the said posts and, after following due process of law, were appointed to the respective posts by order dated 31.08.2023. 3. Thereafter, on 23.11.2023, the Management submitted a proposal seeking approval for admitting the petitioners’ posts to Grant-in-Aid. By endorsement dated 22.12.2023, the said proposal was returned with a direction to submit the necessary documents. Subsequently, the petitioners submitted a joint representation dated 07.05.2024 to the fifth respondent – Field Education Officer enclosing all documents. The learned AGA appearing for the respondent– State submits that, as per the endorsement dated 22.12.2023, the petitioners may be permitted to submit joint additional representation along with all necessary documents, and that the same will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the following order: (i) The writ petitions stand disposed of.
