This Contempt case has been filed by the petitioner against non-compliance of order dated 28.01.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No.5947 of 2015. 3. The Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperative & Animal Husbandry, Government of Jharkhand, is present in person before this Court. He submitted that an amount of Rs.32.46 lakhs has been paid to the petitioner, out of which Rs.17 lakhs and odd will be credited in the account of the petitioner by 2026:JHHC:18015 today or tomorrow, as the opposite parties have already released the amount and the same is lying in the Bank to be transmitted. He further submitted that approximately Rs.10 lakhs would be due, which is in relation to the District of Gumla and Lohardaga, where the petitioner at relevant time was posted, and the said amount will be disbursed within ten days. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission and the fact that substantial amount has been paid, the order of the Writ Court has been substantially complied with. 5. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. 6. It will be open to the petitioner that if the amount is not paid, he may approach this Court for reviving this contempt application. 7. Appearance of Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperative & Animal Husbandry, Government of Jharkhand, is hereby dispensed with. 8. Pending interlocutory application being I.A.
