Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks unconditional release of two gold bars weighing 233 grams in terms of the Order-in- Appeal dated 23.08.2023. The Petitioner also seeks setting aside of the fine and penalty imposed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), as well as waiver of the storage charges. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that a Revision Petition under Section 129 of the Customs Act, 1962, against the order passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), is pending before the Revisional Authority. 3. In view of the aforesaid position, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revisional Authority to decide the pending Revision Petition within a period of four weeks from today.
