Having taken note of the issue involved in this petition which requires to be resolved by appointment of an Arbitrator, I am of the opinion, that Sri. D.R. Venkata - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14788 CMP No. 684 of 2025 Sudarshan, retired District Judge, is to be appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties herein. 4. In order to avoid further delay in the matter, the parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Race Course Road, Bengaluru, on 08.04.2026 at 11.00 a.m. On appearance of the parties, learned Arbitrator is requested to resolve the dispute at the earliest. 5.
