The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 17th November, 2025 being annexure ‘P-4’ to the writ petition. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no steps have been taken to dispose of the above representation for more than three months. It is submitted on behalf of CESC Ltd. that the disputes raised by the petitioner are private in nature. At the instance of the parties, WPA 28252 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the interested parties and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law. The above exercise should be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2 It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 2 in accordance with law.
