Brief   facts,   leading   to   the   filing   of   the   present appeals, before this Court, may be summed up, as under:­ 3. RSA No.1 of 2016, has been filed by Smt. Pushpa Devi,   against   the   judgment   and   decree   dated   16.01.2015, passed   by   the   Court   of   learned   Additional   District   Judge, Hamirpur (hereinafter referred to as ‘the First Appellate Court’), in Civil  Appeal  No.20  of 2013 RBT  No.53 of 2013,  titled as ‘Pushpa Devi versus Pano Devi & Others. 4. By way of judgment dated 16.01.2015, the learned First Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal preferred by the present appellant Pushpa Devi, against the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2012, passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hamirpur (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial Court’), in Civil Suit No.15 of 2005 RBT No.146 of 2012, titled Kalan Devi & Another versus Panno Devi & Others. 5. By   way   of   the   judgment   and   decree,   dated 20.11.2012, the learned trial Court has dismissed the civil suit of appellant Pushpa Devi and one Kalan Devi, whose name was ordered to be deleted vide order dated 13.05.2018. 6. RSA No.477 of 2019, has been filed by appellant­ Sufan Devi & Others, against the judgment and decree dated 30.05.2018, passed by the learned First Appellate Court, in Civil 3 2026:HHC:30549 Appeal No.10 of 2014, RBT No.236/14, titled as ‘Sufan Devi & Others versus Pushpa Devi & Others’. 7. By way of judgment and decree dated 30.05.2018, the appeal preferred by the appellants Sufan Devi and Others, has been ordered to be dismissed. The said appeal has been preferred   by   them   against   the   judgment   and   decree   dated 4.1.2014, passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)   Court   No.1,   Hamirpur,   in   Civil   Suit   No.103/2018, titled as Sufan Devi & Others versus Pushpa Devi & Others, by virtue of which, the suit of the appellants was ordered to be dismissed. 8. During   the   pendency   of   the   appeals,   before   this Court, the matters were referred to mediation and now, with the sincere   efforts,   made   by   learned   Mediator,   the   matters   have been compromised between the parties. 9. Learned counsel appearing for the parties, in both the appeals, have submitted that the matters have now been settled between the parties, by way of agreement, which is Ex.PX and the present appeals be disposed of, being compromised, on the basis of agreement Ex.PX. 10. Considering the report of the learned mediator, both the appeals are ordered to be disposed of being compromised. 4 2026:HHC:30549 The agreement Ex.PX be made part of the record.   Parties are bound by the terms and conditions of agreement Ex.PX. 11. In   view   of   the   persuasive   submissions   made   by learned   counsel   for   the   parties,   the   revenue   authorities   i.e. Tehsildar   Bhoranj,   District   Hamirpur,   is   directed   to   proceed further   on   the   basis   of   the   compromise   Ex.PX   and   do   the needful in a time bound manner. 12.
