JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 09-01-2026 By filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents for releasing the arrear salary due to him for a period w.e.f. 01.06.2010 to 31.08.2012 amounting to Rs.5,04,485/-, which was in fact forwarded by the Principal of the P.R. Govt. H.S. & M.P. School, Goalpara to the Director of Secondary Education on 21.05.2024 (Annexure-H). After such verification, if it is found that the amount as claimed by him is due to him, the respondent authorities shall do the needful for payment of the amount without delay. The entire exercise be completed within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Page No.# 3/3 Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
