Learned counsel for petitioners subimts that the petitioners are contractual employee working on the post of Community Health Officer and have submitted application for Mutual Transfer on 12.05.2025 which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner. 2. Mr. Rao, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 would submit that he is having no objection to the limited prayer, if the application is still pending consideration, it will be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law. 3. On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage, is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4.
