1. Heard.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is calling in question order dated 07.07.2020, passed by the respondent No.03, by which is suspension allowance has been reduced from 75% of his basic pay to 50%. However, the said impugned order has already been stayed by this SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN
2 Court vide interim order dated 16.10.2020 and, the petitioner is getting suspension allowance @ 75% of his basic pay. The said interim order is still operating after lapse of more than 05 years, therefore, the impugned order 07.07.2020 (Annexure-P/01) is hereby quashed. However, the respondents are at liberty to pass fresh order against the petitioner in accordance with law, if cause of action still survives.
3. With aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No cost.
