This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.06.2025, passed in WPSB No.246 of 2025, “Vinod Kumar vs. State of Uttarakhand”. 2. Heard Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, Advocate, submitted that the order dated 20.06.2025 was an interim order in the said writ petition. The respondent authorities have assured the petitioner to redress his grievance if he withdraws the writ petition and this contempt petition. The petitioner has already withdrawn the said writ petition (S/B No.246 of 2025), therefore, the petitioner Vinod Kumar Sharma does not want to pursue the matter further. 4. In view of the above submission, the present contempt petition does not require any further consideration. 5. The proceedings in the present contempt petition (CLCON No.1 of 2026) are closed.
