But Bhubaneswar Municipal Authorities are now proceeding for his eviction without granting any opportunity of hearing and without issuing any notice. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, South- West Zone, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
