1.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application No.1/2025 contending therein that since the Revenue Suit, wherein an interim order dated 30.10.2018, which is impugned in the present writ petition was passed, has itself been decided on 04.09.2023, nothing further survives in the matter.

3. Taking note of the above and for the reasons stated in the aforementioned application, the same is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
4. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court again or seek revival of the same, if need so arises.
5. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
