1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. I.A. No. 7225 of 2025 seeks condonation of the delay of 799 days in the appeal order dated 27.06.2022 disposing of W.P.(S) No. 5112 of 2018. Neutral Citation No. 2026:JHHC:17340-DB p. 3 3. It is pointed out that on the aforesaid date, i.e. 27.06.2022, a similar order was passed disposing of a similar case being W.P. (S) No. 6235 of 2018. As against the said order dated 27.06.2022 disposing of W.P.(S) No. 6235 of 2018, LPA (Filing) No. 10555 of 2024 was filed after a delay of 799 days. By order dated 15.07.2025, by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, in which one of us was a party, the I.A. seeking condonation of the delay of 799 days was dismissed, and consequently, the LPA was dismissed. 4.
In this case, on perusing the I.A., we find that the reasons, or, rather, the excuses, seeking condonation of the delay of 799 days are not different from those involved in L.P.A. (Filing) No. 10555 of
2024. Therefore, upon following the reasonings in the order dated 15.07.2025 disposing of I.A. No. 7265 of 2025 in L.P.A. (Filing) No. 10555 of 2024, we dismiss this I.A.
5. Even otherwise, on independently evaluating the averments in this I.A., we find that no sufficient cause has been shown to explain the delay. 6. I.A. No. 7225 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed, without any order for costs. Consequently, the accompanying appeal stands dismissed and disposed of. (M. S. Sonak, C.J.)
