The suit appears to have been dismissed against the 2nd defendant and an application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of the suit against the 2nd defendant. 2. The petitioner has now approached this Court with the complaint that neither the said application for restoration of the suit against the 2nd defendant nor the suit itself is being disposed of, despite the fact that the suit has been pending for more than ten years. 3. In view of the fact that the pendency of the suit for more than ten years would be affecting the rights of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to dispose of the revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.255 of 2015 and the interlocutory applications filed in the said suit without a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
