This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of WP(S) No. 2580 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. The reason for non-appearance has been mentioned in this petition, which led to the dismissal of the writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that if the writ petition is restored, he will appear before the Court to argue in this matter. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Consequently, WP(S) No. 2580 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
