1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking a direction to respondent No.5 to take decision on pending representation of petitioners within specified time.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he is not having any objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
