Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has handed over, on his laptop, a copy of the reply. It is disclosed therein that the statement of the Petitioner was recorded on 09.07.2023, wherein the Petitioner had waived issuance of Show Cause Notice as well as the requirement of a personal hearing. 4. In view of the aforesaid position, the Petitioner is relegated to the remedy available before the Adjudicating Authority.
