The said submission could not be disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, as undisputedly the challenge in the petition was made with respect to the admissions made in MBBS course in respondent No.7 - Geetanjali Medical College on the basis of PC PMT (Private Medical College Pre Medical Test)-2011. 4. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the two committees which were directed to be constituted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its judgments in P.A. Inamdar v/s State of Maharashtra reported in 2005 (6) SCC-537, Islamic Academy of Education v/s State of Karnataka reported in 2003(6) SCC-697 and T.M.A. Pai Foundation v/s State of Karnataka reported in 2002 (8) SCC-481, are not functional any more in the State of Rajasthan and thus, necessary directions be issued for ensuring the functioning of the said committees as directed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the aforementioned judgments. 5. As far as submissions regarding functioning of the committee is concerned, it would always be open for the petitioners to take appropriate legal remedies and also to approach the State functionaries regarding functioning of such committees. However, considering the specific prayers made in the present writ petition, no directions qua the same can be issued herein. 6. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (ANUROOP SINGHI),J Dipesh Chayal /64
