The present second bail application has been filed by the accused- petitioner under Section 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No.72/2025 registered at Police Station Sone Ka Gurja, District Dholpur for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 3(1), 25(1AB) of Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2025 and no recovery is required to be made from the petitioner. He also submits that the alleged offence(s) are triable by the Magistrate; charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter and conclusion of trial will take considerably long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner into custody, and therefore prays to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 3.
