The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the respondent no. 2-Director General, Central Reserve Police Force to consider and decide the petitioners’ representation dated 27th May, 2026 by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 2. It is informed by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that cadre re-structuring/review is due in the year 2028. 3. Keeping in view that the aforesaid aspect is open for consideration, This is a digitally signed order.
