1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari/prohibition/mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to decide and disburse petitioner’s pension and retiral dues claim viz. GPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc or alternatively direct the authorities to decide petitioners’ pending representations pertaining to pension and retiral dues claim, in accordance with law within stipulated time period and further to pass any other relief(s) which it deems fit along with cost of the petition, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner after attaining the age of superannuation retired from the post of Incharge DEO Sarangarh, Bhilaigarh on 30.06.2024, however, since then entire retiral dues have not been paid to the petitioner. The petitioners had submitted multiple representations before the respondent authorities including respondent No. 3, however, till date, no decision has been taken and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation. He further submits that the petitioner may also be permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation along with all supportive documents before the respondent No. 3 and direction be issued to consider the said representation also.

Learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that in view of limited prayer, they are having no objection.

On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation and in the event, such a representation is submitted, respondent No. 3 shall consider and take decision on the said representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
