The applicant, who is in custody since 27.08.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 341/342/323/325/307/354/379/504/506 of the IPC, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. along with its enclosures have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is a land dispute and there was a scuffle between the two families. It has been further submitted that the nature of injury suggest that no deadly weapon has been used. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 6. Considering the nature of dispute and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. 7. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 , subject to condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy/photocopies of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned trial court which he/she/they will always 2026:JHHC:6078 2 B.A. No. 11962 of 2025 keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
