This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 389/2025 registered at Police Station- Rajim, District Gariyaband (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. 3. From perusal of the record, it appears that the present bail application suffers from various defects, as pointed out by the Registry. However, it seems that the applicant has not taken steps to cure these defects till date. Further it transpires that the bail application of the co-accused has already been rejected by this Court in MCRC No.1364/2026 vide order dated 06.02.2026. 4.
