1. By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0648/2024, dated 09.11.2024, registered at Police Station Palam Village, South-West, Delhi, under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, alongwith all proceedings arising therefrom.
2. After some arguments, Ms. Gopashree Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court, including at the stage of framing of charge or consideration of discharge, as may be applicable.
