Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed praying for modification of the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No. 1132/2024. 3. A tanker filled with petroleum products was seized by police and this Court allowed the tanker to be handed over to its registered owner. Since the tanker was allowed to be given in the custody of the applicant, it means that the tanker along with the petroleum products were kept in the tanker. 4. Therefore, the vehicle/tanker bearing registration No. NL-01/AC-1962 shall be given in the custody of its registered owner as directed earlier along with the petroleum products contained in the tanker within 10 (ten) days from today.
