Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over to this Court a document to submit that a decision has been taken that in every building on first floor, a female staff toilet shall be designated exclusively for the female staff.
2. The aforesaid statement is taken note of.
3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though on the second floor of the building in question a toilet existing therein has been designated for female faculty members and for PWD, however, the same has been made available to both males and females.
4. He submits that the said toilet should be exclusively for females only.

submits that the said toilet on the second floor shall be designated exclusively for female faculty members and female PWD.
6. The aforesaid statement is taken note of.
7. This Court also records the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the aforesaid facility shall be made available within a period of one week.
8. This Court also takes note of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondents that they shall make separate arrangements for male PWD.
9. The statement is taken note of, and liberty is granted to do the needful.
10. Needless to state that the exclusive toilet which have been earmarked for the female faculty members is to be used by all the female faculty members, and no particular person shall be allowed to put any lock and key on the said toilet.
11. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
12. The present petition is disposed of.
