By order dated 1.10.2026 the Applicant was ordered and directed to deposit Rs.10 lakhs within a period of 3 weeks from 1.10.2026 and a further amount of Rs.5 lakhs within a period of 6 months from 1.10.2026. 3. It is submitted that the order be modified and the Applicant be directed to deposit only 20% of the Compensation amount. 4. I have heard the Applicant. However, there are no grounds made out for any modification. The Applicant cannot dictate to 9th October, 2026 2026:BHC-GOA:2024 915 CRMA 253 2026 the Court the requirements regarding the deposit, as the same are absolutely at the discretion of the Court. 5. I have already granted indulgence to the Applicant and had modified the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Therefore, there is no substance in the present Application.
