Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. Report as called for from the I.O. has been received wherein it has been stated that the concerned Mobile Phones were sent to FSL, Kahilipara for scientific examination and for obtaining expert opinion and the said exhibits alongwith the FSL report has been received from FSL, Kahilipara on 24.12.2025. 3. It is further stated that the Court may release the aforementioned seized Mobile Phones in Zimma of the petitioners. 4. Having regard to the above, it is directed that the aforesaid mobile phones namely (i) Oppo Mobile Bearing IMEI No. 868355076467090 (ii) Realme Phone bearing IMEI No. 963020070183773 (iii) One black colour Samsung phone bearing IMEI No. 354198343714 and (iv) one Oppo Phone bearing IMEI No. 867196051741112, be released to the custodial of the petitioners after proper verification of the identity of the petitioner. 5. It is further provided that the petitioners shall produce the aforesaid mobile phones before the I.O./Court as and when directed.
