Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders for releasing SYED ROSHAN ZAMIR ALI Digitally signed by SYED ROSHAN ZAMIR ALI Date: 2026.02.24 10:59:25 +0530 2 the 4 months salary of the petitioner that is for the month of September to December in the year 2019. 10.2.That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to decide my representation (Annexure P/7) within stipulated period. 10.3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief (s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier transferred from Government College Jamul District Durg to Government Navin College Kuikukdur, District Kabirdham. Said order was put to challenge by petitioner by filing WPS No.6924/2019 which was disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation against his transfer. Representation submitted by petitioner before the Competent Authority was ultimately rejected and thereafter petitioner had joined at the transferred place. Petitioner submitted representation before respondent No.2 for release of salary for the period of four months i.e. from 28.8.2019 to 6.12.2019. Along with representation, petitioner also annexed relevant documents with regard to his medical ailment due to which he could not join at the transferred place of posting. The Deputy Director, Higher Education vide letter dated 17.12.2019 directed respondent No.3 to forward detailed information along with documents so that steps regarding payment of salary of petitioner can be taken. However, when the petitioner has not been paid salary for the aforementioned period, he submitted an application/representation before respondent No.1 on 23.7.2024, which too is pending consideration, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No.1 to take decision on representation of petitioner at the earliest within specific time period. 3 3. Learned State Counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner for taking decision on pending representation of petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused documents available in record of writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for petitioner, looking to the nature of grievance raised, petitioner submitted representation before respondent No.1, which is also pending consideration, this writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 23.7.2024, if not already decided, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
