No. 5388 of 2019, wherein the date of order of punishment has been typed as 27.03.2025 instead of 27.03.2015. 2. There is no objection from the opposite parties. 3. Accordingly, after going through the impugned order and the writ application and order dated 01.04.2026, it appears that due to inadvertence in para-2(b) and para-16 the order of punishment has been referred as notification dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure-2), whereas, the same was 27.03.2015. 2026:JHHC:17468 2 4. Accordingly, in para-2(b) and para-16 of the order dated 01.04.2026, the order of punishment be read as 27.03.2015 instead of 27.03.2025. 5. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 01.04.2026, passed in W.P.(S). No. 5388 of 2019, the instant C.M.P. stands allowed. 6.
