Learned counsel for petitioner subimts that the petitioner has filed this writ petition with a limited prayer seeking a direction to the respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner against the order of termination, at the earliest, within a specified time frame. He also submits that according to the Certified Standing Orders, appeal is to be decided by the appellate authority within a period of 45 days from its filing. In 2 / 2 the case in hand, the petitioner has submitted an appeal on 20.11.2025 and till date the appeal is not decided even after lapse of two months. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the appeal is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage, is disposed of directing respondent No. 1 & 2 to consider and take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4.
