Deka, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for a correction of a typographical error which crept in the order dated 20.08.2025. It is submitted that the subject matter of challenge was an order dated 03.07.2025 which was stayed by this Court. However, the aforesaid order dated 03.07.2025 was inadvertently written as 30.07.2025 in the second last paragraph instead of 03.07.2025. Page No.# 3/3 Perused the materials on record, including the writ petition. It clearly appears that the impugned order is dated 03.07.2025 and by inadvertence, the same has been wrongly written as 30.07.2025 in the second last paragraph of the order dated 20.08.2025. This Court has also observed that in the earlier part of the order, the date of the impugned order has been correctly written as 03.07.2025. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant IA is allowed and the date of the impugned order appearing as 30.07.2025 in the order dated 20.08.2025 is to be read as 03.07.2025.
