During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties to the lis have settled the dispute among themselves and have filed a affidavit to that affect. Krishnegowda, Aged 28 years, 6) Sidde gowda, S/o Late Chikkegowda, Aged 54 years, 7) Kumara, S/o Late Chikkegowda, Aged 46 years, 8) Bhairegowda, S/o. late Boregowda, Aged 42 years, 9) Nagesha, S/o Late Raje gowda, Aged 36 years, All are - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10960 CRL.P No. 13137 of 2024 C/W CRL.P No. 12750 of 2023 CRL.P No. 10310 of 2025 R/at Mavinahalli village, Jayapura Hobli, Mysuru Taluk, Mysore District-571122 and Satisha S/o Late Baire gowda, aged 35 years, R/at Mavinahalli village, Jayapura Hobli, Mysuru Taluk, Mysore District-571122 do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows: 1. We state that we are the petitioners and 2nd respondent in the above case and we are well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. We state that, the 2nd respondent had lodged a case against petitioners for the offences punishable u/s. 143, 147, 447, 323, 341, 504 and 506 r/w 149 of IPC in Crime No.195/2023 pending on the file of 2nd JMFC Court at Mysuru. 3. We state that the 5th petitioner/accused No.5 also filed complaint against the 2nd respondent and others for offence punishable U/s 143, 147, 341, 447, 324, 504 and 506 r/w 149 of IPC in C.C.No.941/2024, on the file of 2nd JMFC at Mysuru. Thereafter, this matter was compromised before the Trial Court and the 2nd respondent and others was acquitted on 20.09.2025. 4. We state that the petitioners and the 2nd respondent state that due to intervention of elders, well-wishers and friends of both the parties i.e., petitioners and 2nd respondent have compromised both the case i.e., case and counter case. 5. We state that since the alleged offences are non- compoundable in nature, we are filing annexed application, seeking leave of this Hon'ble Court to compound the said offences and to bring about a closure thereto by quashing the said proceedings. In the light of affidavit being filed and offences not being against the State, I deem it appropriate to accept the affidavit and terminate the proceedings against this petitioner in the subject petition. 5. For the aforesaid reasons, the following: ORDER i. *Criminal Petition is disposed. ii. Proceedings in Crime No.195/2023 on the file of 2nd JMFC Court, Mysuru, stands quashed qua the petitioners.
