The present application has been filed to place on record a copy of the representation (Annexure A-1) made for the implementation of the judgment dated 14.06.2023, which is sought to be executed. 3. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Copy of the representation (Annexure A-1) is taken on record. 4. Application stands disposed of accordingly. Ex. Pt. No. 48 of 2026 & Ex. Pt. No. 50 of 2026 5. Notice. Mr. Gobind Korla, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 6. Counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 27.06.2026, in terms whereof, Special Leave Petition, which was registered under Diary No. 65672 of 2025, was dismissed by the Apex Court, on 15.12.2025 and thereafter, the State is taking action and administrative sanction is being sought from the higher Authorities and time of six weeks is required for the said purpose. 7. Keeping in view the above, we dispose of the 3 2026:HHC:30048 2026:HHC:30049 present execution petitions, with a direction to the State to ensure compliance of the judgment passed in CWPOA No. 4716 of 2020, titled Bhag Singh Sen Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, a/w connected matters, dated 14.06.2023, within a period of two months from today.
