The present Petition, filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks to assail the Judgment dated 18.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Rent Controller, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Misc. ARC No. 03/2026. 2. After advancing arguments for a considerable period of time, the parties, who are present in person, along with their respective learned counsel, have agreed to amicably settle the disputes inter se, in the following terms and conditions: This is a digitally signed order. Petitioner shall vacate and hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the subject premises to the Respondent on or before 31.03.2027. II. Petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- per month, decided by the consent of both the parties, to the Respondent, with effect from today and until the date of vacation of the Subject premises. 3. In view of the aforesaid settlement, the Petitioner is directed to file an Affidavit of Undertaking, incorporating the aforesaid terms, within a period of two (02) weeks from today. In the event of failure to file the said Affidavit within the stipulated period, the Petitioner shall be liable to vacate the Subject premises forthwith. 4. The Petitioner further undertakes to abide by the terms and conditions of the said Undertaking. In the event of any non- compliance thereof, the Respondent shall be at liberty to take such steps as may be permissible to him in accordance with law, inter alia, initiation of contempt proceedings. 5. The Registry is directed to take the Affidavit of Undertaking, which shall be filed by the Petitioner, on record. 6.
