The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. 2 / 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 26.09.2025 (Annexure P/01) and be pleased to declare that Respondent No. 03 is not legally qualified or entitled to hold the office of Director, State Forensic Science Laboratory. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to appoint the Director, State Forensic Science Laboratory in accordance with law. 10.3 Any other relief/relief's which Hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the appointment of respondent No. 3, petitioner had submitted representation before respondent no. 2, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that he has no objection on the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
